The people on the floor are why this works. Our facilitators are here to notice what a child is trying to do and help them get further with it. We hire for patience, curiosity, and genuine warmth toward children, and everyone learns how we approach play before they work their first session.

Every person who works a session is background checked and certified in CPR and first aid. Many of our facilitators bring experience in trauma-informed practices, sensory-supportive strategies, and child-led educational experiences.
